ADVANCE DEPOSIT FEE SCHEDULE

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
- Please Request Refund at Conclusion of Suit.
- Please add an additional $100.00 per service to each filing.
- Advance payment of fees indicated shall be required prior to any filing.
- All U.S. mail and fax filings by attorneys are no longer accepted after January 1, 2026.
- All pleadings, documents, and exhibits fields with the East Feliciana Parish Clerk of Court shall be submitted either:
- In person, in paper form OR
- Electronically online via eclerksla.com
- The filer is responsible for ensuring that any private/confidential information is not included in the filing.
